Christian Fellowship Center’s Youth Department – Apprenticeship

 MISSION STATEMENT:
We endeavor to leave an imprint that will bind Young Adults/Children’s hearts, minds and affections towards Jesus Christ/GOD through practical teaching, training, development, & building foundational skills in the next generation. The Apprenticeship ministry will do this through our four ministries:

CHILDREN’S CHURCH
Children’s Church is comprised of Primary Children’s Church (Pre-K – 1st Grade) and Secondary Children’s Church (2nd – 5th Grade). The role of Children’s Church is to spiritually mentor children from ages 3 to 11 through activities that introduce faith based principles through bible stories and arts and crafts. Children’s Church services are every Sunday (Except 3^rd) during our regularly scheduled morning service.

P.R.E.C.I.O.U.S G.E.M.S
|The Precious Gems ministry is for young girls ages 7 to 12. The ministry is designed to prepare and develop leadership skills in young girls, and to teach them how to respect and love themselves, and others. The young girls will grow spiritually through faith- based principles, and will receive instruction on how to be polite, respectful, and considerate.    P.R.E.C.I.O.U.S G.E.M.S will know that they are   irreplaceable, priceless, and vital. P.R.E.C.I.O.U.S G.E.M.S. will learn principles they will value for a lifetime. P.R.E.C.I.O.U.S G.E.M.S meet every 1st and 3rd Friday night from 6:30 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.

L.E.V.I.T.E.S
The L.E.V.I.T.E.S ministry is for young boys ages 7 to 12. The L.E.V.I.T.E.S ministry prepares and develops boys to become leaders, while teaching them how to have vision through biblical principles and good habits that lead to excellence and success. The Young boys will grow in faith, and confidence.  The L.E.V.I.T.E.S will learn that they are Leaders, Visionaries, and Pursuers of the faith through practical teaching and application. L.E.V.I.T.E.S meet every 1st and 3rd Friday night from 6:30 P.M. – 8:00 P.M

YOUTH-IN-ACTION
YOUTH-IN-ACTION is for young adults ages 13 – 18. This ministry promotes spiritual growth, deals with challenges that teenagers face, prepares them for college, teaches financial principles, incorporates special events, bible study, group sessions, and teaches them to consider the needs of others to effect social change in the world. Youth In-Action meets every 1st and 3rd Friday from 7:30 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
