What We Believe

We Believe…

  • The Bible is the authoritative, inspired, and infallible Word of God. (II Timothy 3:1517; Hebrews 4:12)
  • In one God who has three manifestations; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. He is manifested as the Father in Creation, Son in Redemption, and Holy Ghost Indwelling Spirit. (I Corinthians 8:6; II Corinthians 5:19; Romans 8:11)
  • In the deity, eternal preexistence, miraculous conception virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ. ( John, Acts)
  • That salvation comes by grace through faith, not by works. (Ephesians 2:89)
  • That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:910)
  • That the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23)
  • In the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2)
  • In water baptism by immersion, in order to fulfill the command of the Lord Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:3438; 19:16)
  • In the Spirit-filled life, a life of separation from the world and perfecting of holiness in the fear of God, as expressing the true Christian faith. (Ephesians 5:18; II Corinthians. 6:14; 7: 1
  • In the gifts of the Holy Ghost (Spirit) and their full operation in the present day church. (I Corinthians 12)
  • That the Lord is coming back again for a Holy Church. We believe that Jesus Christ will return and establish His Kingdom in the earth. (Ephesians 5:27; I Thessalonians 4:1318)
  • In the reality and personality of the devil and eternal judgment in the lake of fire for the devil and his angels. (Matthew 25:41; Revelations 20: 14, 15)
  • That there is one true universal Church, made up of genuine believers, composed of many local Churches in given localities under the sovereign Headship of the Lord Jesus Christ, exercising autonomous government under Him, administering all its local affairs and ministry as well as the propagation of the Gospel. (Acts 15:22; Matthew 16:18; 18:1520)
